Bradley James Armstrong

As an construction and property industry professional, Mr Armstrong brings 33 years of experience in the Engineering and Commercial Building sectors of the design and construction industry ranging from power station construction in the NSW Hunter Valley to major Health Industry development and Commonwealth Government facilities in the ACT. In 1998 Mr Armstrong founded B Armstrong & Co Pty Limited (Barmco). Mr Armstrong brings valuable experience in and management and superintendence of, design and documentation process, construction, and commissioning and post occupancy evaluation across the range of commercial and heavy engineering.

Stephen Wheelhouse

Mr. Wheelhouse is a 30 year Building Services Engineer within the Company providing extensive multi discipline experience across many of the company’s national engagements specializing in data centre support services and health support facilities.  In 2007 Mr Wheelhouse founded Mana  Collective Pty Limited. Mr. Wheelhouse has excellent experience in all aspects of this field including design and documentation, on site construction and completion of contract works, business and risk management, tender processes, QA and defect rectification, legal and contractual matters, commissioning and handover of building systems, Facility Management, engineering consultancy and client advocacy and strategic planning.  His work has dealt with the “Whole of Life” considerations for a number of clients and their property portfolios.
